Stayed here with our 7-year-old son. This site is less of a "resort" and more of a strategic base. If your goal is to see Paris and Disney without the hotel price tag, this is the spot.

Prime Location, you are on the banks of the River Marne, just 10km from the center of Paris. There is a bus stop right at the entrance (Line 101) that whisks you to the RER station in 10 minutes. It's a relaxing park, and after a busy day in the city, the riverside setting is surprisingly peaceful. Our son loved the playground, and there’s a small fitness area and a multi-sports court for burning off extra energy. There is an on-site mini-market for morning croissants and a bistro/bar with a terrace. The staff are multilingual and very helpful with booking tickets for local attractions. Unlike the hilly coastal sites, this one is flat and easy to navigate. It also has a gated entrance with security, which gave us peace of mind.

Cons:
The biggest surprise for most—there is no pool on-site. However, there is a large public leisure park (Parc du Tremblay) just 100m away with water play areas and sports. You are near the A4 motorway. While the trees buffer it, you will hear a hum of traffic and occasional sirens. If you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs! The site has basic facilities, it is a 4-star site due to its location and services, but the "vibe" is more functional than luxurious.

Pro's ; location!
Disneyland Paris (25 mins drive): An absolute must for a 7-year-old. It’s an easy drive or a 40-minute trip via public transport.
The Eiffel Tower & Seine Cruise: Use the RER A to get into the city center. A night-time boat cruise is a great way for a 7-year-old to see the "City of Lights" without too much walking.
Cité des Sciences (20 mins drive): A massive science museum with the "Cité des Enfants" area—hands-on experiments that our son spent hours doing.
Paris Zoological Park (Zoo de Vincennes): Just 15 minutes away. It’s a modern zoo with a huge glass greenhouse and plenty of space for kids to run.

Verdict: Don't stay here if you want to spend all day on the campsite. Do stay here if you want a clean, safe, and affordable "home away from home" while you tackle Disneyland and the Eiffel Tower.
